crap crap crap crap crap day
I'll keep it brief but essentially today I have been asked to relocate to London or be made redundant. Given the practical aspects of moving there it's not an option. Being epileptic I can't drive and it would take around 4 hours each day and cost around £80 a day when I earn around £50 a day. I have a house wth a mortgage here in Yorkshire and My husband works up here. So in 5 weeks I am out of a job and we don't have a disposable income. Practically every penny we earn goes on bills and food. I'll be back later when i'm less pissed off.

Hugs, that really sucks, hopefully you can find another job closer to home. So many people are in the same boat right now. What a strange time.
Oh no! I am so sorry...I am thinking of you.
When things go wrong this is how I look forward to the next day.By constantly reminding myself that things happen for a reason. We may not know the reason immediately. But as time unfolds,we would realise that it was only for our best. You seem like a fighter to me.Im sure you would combat this problem in no matter of time.
So sorry to hear your bad news. I'll be thinking of you - I know you can get through this. G
I am so, so sorry. I had to go without driving for a year after a seizure when I was in college, so I understand. I ended up having to move back to the town my parents lived in, and living with them, because the town I was living in didn't have public transportation. In my case, it turned out okay - I went back to school there, and also got another job there. I hope you can find another, even better, job close to home!!
I'm so sorry to hear about the relocation. I really hope you're able to find another job close to home.
So sorry to hear about your job, I've been there got the T-shirt, its an awful position to be in. Hopefully you will be able to get something else closer to home, its much to far to commute. I wouldnt like it and I dont live that far out of London myself and its a large commuter area round here.
